Train With Me

How I typically work with my online clients is first, I get their nutrition set up. A registered dietitian will calculate specific numbers for you based off of your current body comp and your goals.
While working with me you will also have access to 2 RDs, live stream calls, a program design specifically made for you, a place to update progress photos weekly to see the physical changes you will be making along with the opportunity to win prizes and free products from giveaways.
This will include, a deeper look and focus into your nutrition/ supplementation recommendations where it’s needed and knowledge about each of those..Working fitness and mental health simultaneously so that you can reach and MAINTAIN healthy habits. I will asses you and your program will be designed specifically for you and your goals. These sessions would be at least an hour and you would choose how many days each week you’d want to meet with me. Typically people choose between 1-3 sessions but the communication on off days Can be regular and even frequent. I send over a health and lifestyle questionnaire along with consent forms and if you choose to take this route you would have a free FaceTime or zoom call with me to meet and chat about pricing, packages, what you would expect of me and vise Versa.
I offer training sessions pay as you go, a 10 session package meeting 1-3x a week with full program design specifically for you and your fitness goals, and a 20 session package containing the same program outline.
I have clients pay for whatever package they decide to do before the first session so that you are locked in, committed and I can keep you accountable. I am only looking to take on people who are serious about their health because of the time and effort I spend putting into you and your program. I believe it is an investment in yourself and your health for both short and long term goals that I can guarantee if you do the work.
These sessions would last depending on how often you meet with me for sessions.
If you are choose to do just nutrition without training I offer weekly packages, month to month, or 6 months.
Nutrition weekly I would be basically “at your service” daily with check-ins, daily macro numbers you should be hitting, weekly check-ins, FaceTime/zoom calls, tips/advice on what foods you should be consuming specifically based off of your goals and numbers. Supplementation suggestions if needed along with knowledge on how and why you are using them. You would have 24-hour access to me, including texting, email, social media, phone, FaceTime or zoom. This is the full blueprint where I would be by your side every step of the way to be absolutely positive that you are successful.
Monthly, I would be selling you a macro/meal plan that you would follow more independently for a month along with once a week hour check-ins via phone/FaceTime or zoom.
6 months, similar to monthly you would get a different nutrition program design every 2 months to be adjusted and followed along with once a week hour check-ins. These again, would be designed personally for your nutritional and fitness goals.
Each meal plan is checked by myself-a certified fitness nutrition specialist along with a registered dietitian to ensure that each plan is suited in the most beneficial way for you to become successful in your goals.
If you choose to do both nutrition and training I again offer a package including up to 10 training sessions, 6 full months or a Full year commitment, we could discuss if truly interested.
